Nominees :

I thought a Field of Flowers would be great for …

  1. Hasty Words – She says, “My mind is full of rainbows and devils. I am just a girl trying to create rainbows in a world where my mind is held prisoner!  I write a lot in order to gain perspective, purge my soul, retain my memories, and to put into words what my tears and laughter are trying to say! ” – If you want to read some great poetry get over there now.

  2. Not a Punk Rocker – She says, “Once upon a time, there was a super shy girl that hid in the shadows growing up.  She had a lousy childhood and lots of issues.  Her wardrobe consisted of jeans, oversized sweatshirts and anything that would let her blend in the background and avoid attention.  Hard to do with her bright red hair, but still she tried.” – Visit Sheena for some great writing with a truly humorous style.

  3. Misifusa – She says, “On New Year’s Eve of 2001, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and my life changed in an instant as life often does.  My life has evolved since then as I’ve endured 10+ surgeries, embarking  on a journey that has been challenging and yet fulfilling as time goes by.  I began this blog in March of 2010, not knowing where blogging would take me, but I knew that I was on a lifelong Journey of Discovery.” – Beautifully positive writing is Misifusa’s talent, pop over & take a look.

  4. Terry 1954 – She says, “I always have been a wanderer in my mind, and think about how i would feel and am often aware of feelings of others. i enjoy writing about every day experiences. i am sure that i write about things that touch others lives. i hope you enjoy my writings.” – Terry writes about her life caring or her brother Al. Her perseverance & strength are an inspiration.

  5. Busy Momma of 4 – She says, “Let me introduce myself….My name is Elizabeth but most know me as Beth.  I am married to a wonderful man named Matt and we have four amazing children. Last year I tried to start a blog but never kept up with it so this being a new year I thought I would try again.” – Beth is just getting started with her blog & has joined “Share Your World”. So let’s give her a bit of support as a welcome.

  6. Aqua Vitae – She says, “Went for a walk with my camera in the nice Edinburgh weather yesterday. Got pretty surprised when I saw that spring was already in full motion, in February! Not sure what to think about that, but at least there was a lot of nice things to take pictures of.” – A taste of what’s to come from Marie. Visit her blog for some fabulous photography.

  7. Notes From A Gay Mentalist – He says, “I am me, just another individual.  I have “issues” like everyone has.  Some of us are honest about those, others, not so honest.  I supposedly live in a “civilised society”.  I object to the use of those words in relation to this country. Personally, not feeling that it is as “civilised” as some like to pretend that it is.” – GM shares his feelings & experiences as they happen. Give him a visit for some passionate & outspoken writing.

Wow, 6 girls & only 1 guy, completely unintentional.

    1. Great, there’s no rush, I’ve been known to take 6 months to respond to an award lol. I haven’t had much time on here for the last couple of months but now I’m trying to make up for lost time. I look forward to your post 🙂
