Yesterday my daughter found this little guy in her apartment.

She’s none too keen on bugs.

I tried to let him out but he was weak & frightened & kept jumping back on my hand.

I decided to take him out & release him somewhere nice.

I took a riverside walk with two of my grandsons & we found a nice wet tree.

The elder of the two grandsons released him & took this picture, he’s only 4.

The grasshopper went straight to a water droplet for a drink & promptly started washing his face.

Much to the delight of my grandsons.
