What does it take for you to ask for help?

I have never liked to ask for help, but I now understand that when I genuinely need help I should ask, rather than struggling unnecessarily & making everyone else’s life a misery.

When I had minor surgery on my foot last year my husband took care of me very well, even though I am a very bad patient, & I was very grateful.

That said I have just asked him to vacate his computer so that I can type this & go to bed.

I’m sure he will be much happier when I have replaced my laptop & he has his computer all to himself again.
